Joel Ogden is the CEO/Co-Founder of Construct Studio. Shortly after High School he joined the US Army's 82nd Airborne Division, where he served with distinction in Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan. After an honorable discharge, he utilized the GI Bill to attend Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating with highest honors from the School of Design’s 3D Digital Graphics program. He then attended graduate school at Carnegie Mellon’s Entertainment Technology Center, receiving a Masters of Entertainment Technology. On his final project, he led of team of students, including Construct Studio’s Chuck and Amy, as they produced the critically acclaimed virtual-reality film Imago. He currently acts as the CEO and Creative Director of Construct Studio, leading the next generation of virtual reality entertainment.

Chuck is the VP/Co-Founder of Construct Studio, a game designer and the Editor-in-Chief of the VR/AR Mandarin community “虛擬實境Virtual Reality”. Originally from Taiwan, Chuck studied Computer Science, then chose to move to the United States to pursue more creative research, eventually moving into the field of Virtual Reality development. Outgoing and creative, Chuck had served as Producer for Project Hypnos and Project Gotan, leading the projects and handling communications and research. He was also the Product Intern at Wevr, assisting the team to develop, design and test Wevr’s VR platform. Chuck is now the VP/Co-Founder of Construct Studio, leading the team from a prototype to a real business.
From Asheville, NC, Amy earned a B.A. in Multimedia Arts and Science from UNCA, After working as a Flash and UI Developer for several years, she decided to pursue her interests in design and interactive story and earned a Masters of Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon University. She was the lead writer on the critically acclaimed Virtual Reality Film Imago. In addition she has been the writer to other projects, including the spec sitcom pilot Welcome to Darling and the interactive fiction experience The Ice We Skate. She has also served as game designer and Twitch Developer for the critically acclaimed Beatstep Cowboys. Amy is also a teacher, having lectured high school and college students on programming, interactive storytelling, and music composition. Amy’s primary interests are in exploring interactive storytelling methods, and emergent story.
Larry is a game and film composer. He dedicates to write immersive linear and interactive audio pieces and combine music knowledge from Eastern and Western culture to introduce a different listening experience to the audience. Larry began his career in 2012 scoring for film, multimedia and theatre productions in Taiwan. He was one of the composers of Zone Pro Site: The Moveable Feast <總舖師> which was nominated for Best Original Film Score in 2013 Taipei Golden Horse Awards, Taiwan’s equivalent of the Oscars. Larry is now responsible for creating linear and interactive audio experiences for Construct Studio.
